Excellent customer service - responded quickly to questions I had before purchasing. pool. The cover is made of high quality fabric, with a draw cord and straps that you can cinch tight around the pool. I have an 8 foot stock tank and was able to put the cover on by myself. (I am 75) I'm in Ohio, and the cover arrived in 3 days. Highly recommend!

Cover is durable and what I wanted, however the tie down strap attached to cover was severely sliced in two locations. I had to cut it off and tie it back on. Not to cool for a brand new product.
