This is a $150 non-refundable deposit to reserve your 10ft stock tank. Your remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. We take all major credit cards, cash, or Zelle (661-965-1171). We provide a $50 discount with cash payments.

• If choosing delivery, you’ll need to clear a safe path so that we can roll your tank into your backyard easily and safely. The minimum clearance should be at least 3 feet from your fence, home, or other structures. Make sure you measure the height of any roof eaves, trees, cables, and hanging lights before purchasing your tank. This will make sure you have enough height clearance to roll it into place. An additional charge starting at $125 will be added to your invoice if you do not have a clear path or stairs.

• Exterior Paint is not included. If you would like to customize your tank only option, check out our Exterior Paint service. 

• Our Tank Only delivery covers a 25-mile radius from zip code 91351. If you are over 25 miles from our home office, an extra $1.75 per mile charge will be added to your invoice.

• Stock Tanks arrive in nominal sizes.

• TIPSY TANKS purchases water troughs and/or stock tank specifically manufactured for livestock with the sole aim converting the same.

• Stock Tank Imperfections: Based on the material (galvanized steel), it is possible for dents, scratches, scuffs, and grease residue to appear in the interior and/ or exterior of you tank. TIPSY TANKS is not responsible.

• Corrosion and Rust is inevitable. TIPSY TANKS is not responsible for the future wear and tear of your tank. Visit our FAQ’s for a list of best practices on how to prolong the life of your tank.

• Prices, delivery dates, and lead times are subject to change at any time. Deposits are held for 6months.

YOU MAY:
- Use this TIPSY TANK/ Pool for personal use only or livestock purposes.

YOU MAY NOT:
- Use a TIPSY TANKS/ Pool or TIPSY TANK Benches in a manner that infringes any third party's trademark or other intellectual property, or would give rise to a claim of Deceptive Advertising by California Law Business and Professions Code 17200 BPC or Unfair Competition by California Law Business and Professions Code 1700 BPC
- Use a TIPSY TANKS/ Pool or TIPSY TANKS as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof.
- Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that this specific TIPSY TANKS/ Pool or TIPSY TANKS bench was created, built, or painted by you, a person, or a business other than TIPSY TANKS.

Can a bench be added to my stock tank order? Yes! A bench or any stock tank pool accessory can be added to your order.

Can a TANKUZZI be added to my stock tank order? You must have our Sand Filter installed to add our TANKUZZI.

Can I choose paint even if it’s Tank Only Option? Yes! We can paint and deliver your tank. Please add the exterior paint add-on to your order.
